Credit card charged - no way to cancel

I too have fallen victim to "Negative Option Transactions". I stupidly ordered this product, not reading the fine print. I received the product while I had company and did nothing with it. I was shocked to find a charge of $79.95 on my account. I immediately began calling every phone number I could find related to this product. The numbers were either not in service, or constantly busy. I called my bank and because it is a "Negative Option Transaction" I need to contact the company to cancel first. Thus the Catch 22. I then checked this site to find out this has been going on a long time. I have tried the 800-277-1597 number as suggested here, and have yet to get anything but a busy signal. If anyone has any ideas on how to contact them, I would appreciate your help. I also ordered with www.natural-acai-berry.com and have the same problem. They are obviously the same company.
