Taking of money from credit card

Like all the other complaints I have seen I stupidly applied for the free trial and now 4 lots of £60 have been taken from my credit card account without my knowledge. I need to know how to get my money back as just like everyone else I can't afford to have this money taken from my account only to line the pockets of thieves. Please can someone give me a way to cancel this as soon as possible.
