Taking money with out consent

I have tried to cancel with viv3 limited and vitality clean, neither one can be contacted to cancel. I had not received any corespondence from either company. I find this disgusting as it was advertised on the MSN web site. normaly a very reputable site. I whish to cancel but have no way of doing so. $118 ie £74 month, with out consent is not acceptable. How can we stop this because I know I am not te only person that is suffering this nasty scam.
