The flight centre Kensington High Street charged my elderly parents £350 for their mistakes! The supposed agent was so busy talking she failed to put the correct details on the paperwork and managed to not only book my mother in her Christian names but also fantastically managed to book them at the WRONG AIRPORT! How stupid is that? We are persuing them for this total rip off £350 for the name change, which according to British Airways never took place, BA only charge anywhere between £14 and £90 - Flight Centre you should be ashamed of yourselves - I won't ever use you and will make sure I tell all my friends about your poor service
