Just try to get hold of sombody???

WE have tried to get hold of somebody to explain a problem re our booking to Miami in March where we feel that we have been over charged as per the terms and conditions published?? but to no avail after spending over three hours at different times on the phone and leaving our phone number to contact us etc etc??? Still no contact with an answer. Email no answer but lots of we WILL contact you just a re recorded email.but still no contact after 4 days. very poor and frustrating, maybe somebody will read this email and contact us..John Barrett [Email Removed] Maybe Ritchard Branson will see this between his space trips as we have always had admiration for his dealings and using his health clubs in South Africa.
