Very bad rude service on journey from Heathrow

I hope very much that SAA reads the complaints they get I know why they do not respond as it would take a whole office full of people to answer all of the problems we have with them

My Son was traveling between Heathrow and O R Thambo last month he woke at 04h30 in the morning and was very thirsty, he made his way to the galley where there were 2 air hostesses one dressed in pajamas the other in uniform they asked him what he wanted and asked him to go back to his seat while they got him a drink, a while later the uniformed air hostess delivered the drink together with a written note which read 'do you know it is 04h30 in the morning "and tapping her watch, what a F... cheek isn't it there job to look after the passengers on a flight and how can you wear your pajamas when the passengers will see you. Unfortuatley my Son has to travel back to London in a couple of days I hope he does not have a repeat performance
