False advertizing of a hotel

We made a reservation to the Garden Court Marine Parade in Durban. According to [URL Removed] this is an "Ultra-Modern" hotel. I see they changed it now, but that was what they said when we booked.
We got to the hotel and they gave us a room om the 10th floor. In the hallway was old food that was laying there with flies all around it. We thought maybe room service still needed to clean up. The room they gave us was old and horrible. The couch in the room was stained, the bedding as well. The table in the room was old and unkept, the carpets was warn and coloured.
I am very dissatisfied with the service we received and the hotel. They charged us a ridiculous amount of money to cancel the booking. I feel it is not our foalt and they need to pay us back for all the inconvenience they caused by advertising the hotel in the incorrect way. The foto on the site isn't even the same as the hotel looks.
