Central Park Hotel
Worst Hotel I have ever stay at

Traveling & Tourism

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I was refused an extension cord for my sleep apnea machine and told to go purchase one around the corner. I later found out that some of the rooms have outlets directly next to the bed but was never offered one of those rooms. The breakfast that was served was terrible. Cold hard rolls, orange juice and an instant coffee machine that dispensed globs of undiluted granules. You could purchase a ‘hot’ breakfast that consisted of hard eggs, harder toast, etc. If you wanted fruit, yogurt, cold meats and cheese, that was also an extra charge. Each time I entered or exited the hotel there was someone complaining and/or arguing with the staff at the main or concierge desk. The staff was incompetent. The power went out and they sent someone with towels. The next was the housekeeping manager who said the power was out and then sent for maintenance. Called for bathroom tissue and was told it was behind the toilet. If it was behind there I would not have called. Received some lame excuse that housekeeping had not arrived yet but they would send the manager. So what and who cares who brings it.
