What a horrible company.

We booked an apartment in London and paid via credit card for the deposit and arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport.

Right from the start they did not pick us up on time or even close, we waited at 11pm for someone to come and they were very late, then they notified us that we needed to go to the office at midnight to finalize the payment. We did that and then they dropped us off at the apartment.

As soon as we arrived we knew this was not what we ordered and booked. They just dropped us off at the front door and we had to pick up the keys in some coded box on the door. The apartment was 100% wrong, small, noisey, not supplied as stated, no sufficent closets for our clothes, bags or even shoes, artisy looking bed which was broken, very small, extra old beds put in the kitchen, and many other smaller issues.

We have taken pictures and have all the emails, documentation, and measurements of the apartment and correspondence between us and yourstay.com.

They charged us WAY to much too!

Yourstay.com charged us 2 seperate deposits on 2 different credit cards, with a further huge charge to our last credit card.

Prices charged were:

Visa #1 $469.41
Visa #2 $4800.00

This was from April, 30th to May, 19th in London.

We arrived and called the customer serivce line and they said that nobody was there and that yourstay.com would call us back in the morning. We stated that we did not want to stay there but they insisted that we would be moved or helped the follwoing day and credited and or "taken care of"

We did not received any calls and called yourstay.com 4-6 times per day until the wednesday May, 4th. When we decided that yourstay.com were just giving us the run around for those days. We left and told yourstay.com that we were gone and then magically they call ed us back that night when we left to an excellent place called www.deepblue-apartments.com.

Yourstay.com call me and stated that they would credit me the money in future stays but that they wont refund. I stated that I was bait and switched and that they deceived more then just me.

I looked around online and called some competition.
What I found out was certainly disheartening to say the least. Yourstay.com have been sued MULTIPLE times here in London by many old business assicocistes. All of the lawsuits have been lost by Yourstay.com and they basically go bankrupt and change names and continue scamming people.

I can get this info to all those that have been scammed like us and forward this to you aswell.

Yourstay.com has since taken their website down and have most likely changed the name of the company. I have there entire old website cached and will find their new scam company and add that to this report along with give it to the new clients that are sueing yourstay.com.

We have planned this trip for a long time and have completely been taken, imagine you going thousands of miles away and then being dumped off at the wrong place and runing your stay and also money wise taking alot of our money. We had to then pay for accomodation twice at about $5000 each. Unless your rich this hurts...

We have contacted the visa credit card and they will dispute the charges for us and also we have a few companies that want to sue them.

BEware and DO NOT STAY AT YOURSTAY.com or any of its properties managed under that company.
