Double charging of change of flight date

I, Sonia Effah Quainoo bought a ticket from Jehangir Khan, the manager and Travel Consultant at Travelhouse and contact number 02070961690 and emails jehangirkhan@gmail.com and j.khan@travelhouse.co.uk this February to ghana on Ghana International Airlines to attend my mother's funeral. The date for the funeral was changed and I contacted Khan to change my date to 16th April. Khan charged me £130 which he took from my accounts only to be told at the airport on my day of travel that I had to pay £70 else I would not be allowed to board the plane as Khan failed to pay the money he collected from me to the airline. I paid the £70 and was given a receipt to that effect. I was told by the airline management to collect my £130 from Khan when I come back from my trip as he refused to pay the money to the airline and the fact that I have paid the required £70 to the airline.
All attempts to get Khan to refund my £130 have failed. He claims he paid the money to the airline. The chane of date has now cost me £200 instead of £70 as I was told by the airline. I don't mind going to court to claim the said £130 but i want to pass through the necessary channels.
Whom do I need to push this complain forward to get my £130 back?
