Beware of using this 'service'. For £3.49 they claimed to be able to send me an unlock code for my Nokia 6500 C - "usually within 10 minutes". What a joke! An hour later I still hadn't received the promised email. I emailed them. Back came an automated reply saying that they were having "technical problems" blah, blah...

A little later they sent me a link to log on to their site with the username "access" and "password" (it still works if you wanna try it) and guess what? - I'm now a MEMBER! - WOW! and I can now claim my "free unlock code" via email AGAIN! Ok - another automated reply etc and finally a number that is totally useless. You may think well, it's only £3.49 I've lost - not the end of the world but that's not the point is it? Maybe if I took the time to pursue it further I just might possibly get a refund but in a way they've beaten me, 'cos I can't be bothered - and I think that is EXACTLY what they rely on. These people are liars and fraudsters and should not get away with it - don't get scammed by them - take your phone to the local mobile shop!

Here are some of my email exchanges (best read from the bottom up) :-
