Despite offering an "instant top up" service I didn't receive a code so topped up elsewhere out of necessity.
Only when I emailed them after five days to ask for a refund did they send me a code. When I emailed them to tell them that I no longer needed the code which is why I'd asked for a refund they then told me they didn't give refunds once they had sent codes out. You couldn't make it up.
These people offer a poor service and are only interested in taking your money.
Avoid them.
