I have an estate agents business and went with chess telecom for my phone lines worst decision ever. 3 Months in they cut are phone lines and internet off we rang everyday for nearly 2 months trying to get it sorted but we was just passed from 1 person to another they never sorted the issue out i couldn't run my business without internet and phones they nearly ruined me. i just went with bt who am very happy with.
