Hi, I purchased a playbook 64gig. An awesome tablet. I had a wifi connection problem and sound. Blackberry sent through a courier, shipped my playbook for a repair, and was returned to me safely in excellent condition.

I spoke to a john, he explained everything clearly and did an awesome job. Blackberry is my favourite product and it just got better with service. Thank you Blackberry for being amazing. wouldn't trade you for anything.
