I have repeatidly asked for a buisness tariff which thery say they dont do as i use my phone for work! over the last month i have spent nearly 400 pound as they only told me two thirds of the month in i was being charged 40p a min! when i rang this eve on the 13/03 at about 8 40 a very rud e and very unhelpful member of staff nothing that is very uncommen when i ring virgin! reitterated they dont do a busness tariff and didnt seem bothered nobody had informed me i was being charged 40 p a min when my partner tried speaking to her she said it would be commen courtesey to pass the phone back to me but he explained as he normally pays the bill it would be more courtious to have spoken to him and even more courtious to have been told how much i was paying per min! i then tried paying 100 pound off my bill with my partners card her knowing full well he was present as she had just spoken to her and he explained who he was! i was told to go on line to pay it! i rang back immediatly and a very pleasant and helpfull woman took the same payment witht the same card! when my partner questioned her on the third party payment she said it was fine as long as they were present! the whole experience of dealing with virgin is a horrible and very uncustomer friendly! if i could possibly get away from them i would be the happiest woman alive! in all my dealings with any company whichever format ive evere had to deal with them! they are incompetent and from one member of staff to the other feed you different information! if any company should be fined for gross incompatence its them! im furious as im a good customer and should be treated accordingly! i would like this matter dealt with properly please not just for myself but for long suffering other virgin customers who i chat too a lot! im seriously considering contacting a tv series which dea;ls with these issues as this goes beyond belief! its daylight fraud!
