Virgin home phone line
Not working for six weeks

My phone line hasn't been working for six weeks. no one gets in touch with me so i have no idea what is going on. it is crucial that i get my phone on now as i am finding it very difficult at the moment and it's costing me a fortune in mbile costs. please can someone sort this out.
