Rude Service

La Senza Waterfront store is my favourite store of the chain as the staff are usually friendly, as well as extremely helpful. The store is always well stocked and has as welcoming atmosphere. However I visited the store on the 30th December and felt very unwelcome in the store. The staff were rude and had extremely bad attitudes. They were not helpful in finding the correct size underwear for me or in trying to keep my business. I purchased two sale items and one non-sale item but my underwear wear was thrown into a plastic bag unlike the usually tissue wrapping and care that I am used to. The store used to give a feel of luxury but I was treated with so little respect and the sales person that was assisting kept making snide remarks. The store was not that busy to justify the poor service I received. I am very disappointed in the store and the service that was given by the employees on duty.
