Disappointed by the service offered by Kurt Geiger at Manchester airport
reserved a pair of tall black boots value of two hundred pound, was told to collect them today before end of working day, arrived all excited, (Ishop for outfit around boots), only to arrive to be told by the manager she had be asked from head office to send to them someone else needed boots.
I have been a loyal customers of Kurt Geiger for 7 years now, and now many of my colleagues and friends have become value customers after my experience today and how upset i am, I will never put another penny in Kurt Geiger pockets.. I will be contact my friends and colleagues and I am sure they will join me in boycotting Kurt Geiger stores from now on.
