We are a small business and we've been contacted by Phoenix business agents too. We found out about them only after signing their contract. So we decided to retract the day after. Now they are asking us to pay them the penalty fee. Could anyone help us or pointing at somebody who could help us getting out of the situation? Thank you for your help.
