Scam British Lottery Scam - annoying and easy to spot, LONDON

Following is the annoying, but easy to spot Lottery scam. I never bothered to email- previous posters have outlined their scheme. I feel it my obligation to help rid the internet of these worthless scammers. I did forward a copy to spam@uce.gov.
