Internship agency at which I paid a fee for an internship who couldn`t find a program for me and doesn`t refund me England, Herefordshire

I have been ripped off from West Project LTD. Here is the link: http://westproject.co.uk/. After I paid the fee in order to have them offering me a suited internship/trainee program abroad, I have been contacted from them rarely, actually only when I asked them informations but their answers were really vague and in broken english. They promised to find a program for me and sort out everything in 4 weeks but in 6 months I never received any proposal. They are totally disorganised and liar and they wasted a lot of my time. Moreover, it was clear on the contract that i should have been refunded of the fee i paid in case they couldn`t find a program for me. It has been 2 months since I asked to be refunded of my money but they are again only messing around.
