Poor customer service... not giving money back to pensioners

Do not buy from Fascinations in Larkhall, Lanarkshire. The shop specialises in mother of the bride and ocassion wear so anything you might buy will be fairly expensive. Should you change your mind after the purchase and want to return the goods the shop owner will not refund your card and will only offer a credit note. They will come up with any excuse not to even do that. Why would anyone chose to support these small independent shops when the after sales service is so poor? It is mainly older people who shop there and they are being taken advantage of. My advice is jump on the train... shop in Glasgow, you will get a better choice at less expense and if you change your mind you can take the items back and get a full refund, no questions asked.
