Parcel 2 go.com are a joke. The catalog of mistakes are laughable. They basically collected a parcel incorrectly, lost it for 2 weeks, smashed it up, then when I tried to claim for the damage, they told me it was me and charged me to return it from inspection!
Really poor service, steer well clear!
