I paid 96.23 USD to Rajeen Shah/Potentseeds.com through paypal on Jun. 15 for an "express" delivery (Airmail Express delivery in 2-4 working days) of two items.

Today is Jun. 24. I have not heard from said vendor since making the payment even though I have sent him at least three emails asking for any information about the shipping date.
