The big tool ripoff Hull

I ordered some tools from them and after waiting 2 noths to get them i emailed them asking where my tools were and was told they were sent out that day and i would get them in 3 days. well 3 days later i email agin and this time told my order shipped today and i would agian have it in 3 days well 3 days later i email again and told oh well we did not notice it was being sent to the USA so it will take 2 months for you to get the oder it was all ready 3 months from the time i order it and they just keep saying well we did send it out and it takes a long time to get it to you there in the USA well its no been over 4 months and still no tool and they now say well we sent it out to you if it was lost in the mail thats not our fluat and we will not replace it or refund your money. they our a ripoff not ored from them i have order from other conpanies in the UK and have had mu oder in 1 to 2 weeks not months late
