Dear Sir/Madam,
This is the first letter I sent to: PrinterInks.com when I did not receive the cartridge I had ordered from them.
I sent an order with a cheque to you, order form dated 18th April. order number: 293550. The cheque was for 13.95 for: RI-18C0034 Remanufactured Cartridge
1 1 RI-18C0034 Lexmark No.34 Black Remanufactured High Capacity Ink Cartridge
Please would you be kind enough to let me know if you received it all right, as it seems to be a long time arriving. Of course it could just be that you haven't got round to sending it out yet, in which case I am sorry to have bothered you.

I had one email saying that the cartridge was now on its way to me. It did not arrive and further emails I sent were ignored.
