These companies are run by Rory Sinclair, here is a history of my dealings with this individual

3rd April - Signed contract for 3300 for delivery of yacht from Spain to Scotland, delivery start date agreed as 30th June. 10% payment made 330

30th May - Further 50% of payment made (1650) totalling 1980 paid to date.

1th June - concerned that no skipper and crew CVs had been sent, started to contact by telephone and email to confirm arrangements, no response

29th June - Following email received from Rory

Dear ******,
I have just recived your e-mail and have forgoten about your delivery due to being very ill from my last trip. I can't do your delivery and have no skipper avilable. Please email your bank transfer details and I will refund all moneies owed.

Since then despite providing bank details, no monies have been received, he does not respond to emails or telephone messages, the original Premier Deliveries site has dissappeared.
