False Did not ship order waste of money

It is very simple. This company took my money and did not provide me with the product I paid for. I ordered flea medicine for my dog and they said it would take at most 14 days to arive. Three weeks later I emailed them and they said it would be the following Tuesday "at the latest".

That was over a month and a half ago. I still have no product and they will not conatact me either. So I guess you can say I got "ripped off".
