Failure to honour sale

Having bought an album from this site 2 months ago no merchandise has been recieved, although the money was debited from my account through "paypal".
Frequent emails have been sent to the site contact address with no reply as to what has happened. Its not so much the amount of money paid as the principal of ripping me off.
