Internet Puppy Scan None Says U.K. but likely not valid

The individual whose e-mail address is listed has posted several ads to sell English Bulldog puppies. In response to my inquiry, this person, whose ad location was listed as the Outer Banks of N.C., wrote that she is now in the U.K. and needed to sell her puppy because the weather is so bad for her dog there. She asked for a wire transfer for "shipping" only, much less than her listed price, which was also at least 50% lower than typical English Bulldog prices.

I e-mailed with some pressing questions regarding the discrepencies between the ad and her stated location, requesting photos, and more information on the seller, including a full name and physical address, also the airline she would use to ship so that I could contact them ahead of time. The next response did include some photos of a puppy, and a terribly implausible explanation about moving from N.C. to U.K. She did not include any of the other information that I requested.

I do have a copy of her recent e-mail with another individual's e-mail whom she says is her "shipping agent" that I could call with questions about flight safety. I have of course not sent any money and do not intend to, but this person is likely part of a puppy scam and is intending to take advantage of others. Other discrepencies and implausible informaton are included in the recent e-mail, including what looks like cut-and-past breed information with "bred in the heart of PA" listed. I have now pressed for a faxed, written contract and inquired about the geographical inconsistencies and invalid cause for selling, as English Bulldogs are from England originally and are bred there with no "weather" problems.

I would like for this person to be listed as a potential or actual fraud so that others can read and avoid sending any money to her (if indeed it is a her) and I am happy to send the person's e-mail to you for review.
