Offered bogus job exchanging money to avoid higher taxes Refused to give a reply to my questions Ripoff

I dont know how they got my email address but the following job offer came to me and sounded odd so I emailed asking for more information but the only response I received was a "contract" asking for more of my personal info. When I called the # listed, it goes straight to an un-named voice mail. Here is what they sent me: Dear Sir/Madam,

WAHUM FABRICS is a British clothing company. We produce and distribute clothing materials such as batiks, assorted fabrics and traditional costume and finished shirt both male and female worldwide. We have reached big sales volume of textile materials in the Europe and now are trying to penetrate the US market. Quite soon, we will open representative offices or authorized sales centers in the US and therefore we are currently looking for people who will assist us in establishing a new distribution network over there. The fact is that despite the US market is new for us we already have regular clients also speaks for itself.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO FOR US.
We have some problem collecting our payments from our US clients. The international money transfer tax for legal entities (companies) in britian is 25%, whereas for the individual, it is only 7%.There is no sense for us to work this way, while tax for international money transfer made by a private individual is 7%. That's why we need you! We need agents to receive payment for our textiles (in money orders, cheque or bank wire transfers) from our clients in the US and to wire the money to us via Western Union Money Transfer. This way we will save money because of tax decreasing.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Recieve payment from Clients.
2. Cash Payments at your Bankor cashing store.
3. Deduct 10% percentage/pay on Payment processed. which will be your wage for work done
4. transfer the balance after deduction of percentage/pay to any of the offices which woud be made known to you via email (Payment is to be transfered by Western Union Money Transfer).
HOW MUCH WILL YOU EARN?
10% from each operation! For instance: you receive 7000 USD via cheques or money orders on our behalf. You will cash the money and keep $700 (10% of $7000) for yourself! At the beginning your commission will equal 10%, though later it will increase up to 12% to 20% depending on your effeciancy and you may also be upgraded as one of our representaive to ther part of the world on inspection tour!
