Jamie Ian Elston ripoff Taken payment for a CV service with no service received

I paid 57.50 through NOCHEX to have a CV written by Mr Jamie Ian Elston of justthecv.co.uk, a service which he quotes as prompt and contacted him subsequently by E Mail to ascertain the progress.

After a brief reply to say he would be working on it that day (May 9th) I am still awaiting receipt.
I have tried numerous times to contact him by telephone without success and note that he is still advertising this service on the web site.

It is a shame that someone like this advertises on the same basis as reputable sites and the consumer is misled into parting with money. Whether promising a service with no intention to deliver or mugging someone in the street, the outcome is the same - robbery.
