Ripoff Promised me a Yorkie for $750.00 cash I sent him the payment, he refuses to send me the dog

On March 8 a breeder contacted me about a female Yorkshire Terrier that I agreed to pay $750.00 for, he sent me pictures of her along with a puppy contract. To make a long story short, I wired him the money as he asked, and he kept putting me off making up one excuse or the other as to why shipment of my dog was delayed. when I kept e-mailing him as to when I would receive her, her never returned my e-mails. One day I threated him to get my lawyer involved, then he finally answered me saying he would get back to me with the details soon enough... soon enough!! It's been a month now that he has my money and I still have no dog. I have tried to e-mail him time and time again with no response and also have called his so called home number that he gave me..only to have it ring, then I hear a click and the line goes dead.

I have contacted many individuals about this, and it seems no one is able to help me... please someone help. The name he told me she was called was "Dori" he sent me pictures and daily information about her, I felt like she already was part of my family.

I know $750.00 to some people might not seem like a lot, but I am recently divorced and had to declare bankruptcy, I was making the investment in a pet to be a companion to me. $750.00 dollars is a lot of money to me, and I just want what is mine, either the dog as promised or my money back, please can't you help me..or know someone who can?? I have every e-mail corespondance from both Ben Levi and myself along with proof of payment, and a copy of the puppy contract... please refer me to someone who can help. Thank You.
