Ordered e-cigarette deal through wowcher from Freedom Cigarettes on 27/09 - still no product. No reply when trying to phone Freedom Cigarettes, eventually got a reply from Wowcher after numerous emails to say that the company had been sold to someone else and orders were backlogged!! Did they not think to inform thei r customers. Have had to ring/email wowcher 4-5 times since and was assured my order would be sent out last week - suprise suprise still not here. Emailed them last night to say I wanted them to ring me today and authorise an immediate refund or I would take the matter further. Again - no phone call.

Absolute disgrace I will tell everyone I know not to go anywhere near Wowcher. They are still even emailing me deals when I told them to remove my details!!!
