Bad attitude / poor customer service

Very disorganized or simply indifferent. Poor customer service. They don't seem to care and don't return calls or emails requesting an equipment survey / installation appointment and pricing clarifications. Every time on the phone it is a different person promising "to pass the message" to the relevant team. A security company should work with a clockwork precision. They are the absolute opposite. If they can't be bothered to show basic customer respect and internal coordination at the point of sales, how can anyone trust them to secure their property thereafter. I planned to have my property secured before Easter holiday travel and they have let me down badly.
