I purchased a sony psp for my grand daughter it was purchased form toys r us no complaint with them. On switching the psp on the first thing it said on the screed was to buy a memory card which costs a futher £40. The box it came in does not mention this at all and it was sold with a game. the game can not be played as no memeory to hold data on where u are in the game. This is a bit like selling a pc with no memory. What a con my next 4 grand childrens birth days will have me looking at any thing but a sony product
