Taking un-authorised funds from my bank account

Trend took £49.95 from my bank account 21-09, No prior notification or authorisation. Their system is no longer on my computer. Have not used their system since cancellation 30-09 . Probably did the same in previous years but went un-noticed. I would like my money returned that has been taken since my cancelled mail in 2014. I have copy mail from them accepting my cancellation.

Every thing was done on line-no idea of postal details or related address or phone
