How do i get my money back

PLEASE will some one tell me how to get my money back. i have tried to ask on another site but 'brenda' just messed with me and nobody gave me the answer i sought. i need to know how to do this.

i only did it cos there was a written guarantee on how to get money back. and yet... no answers form website . i am solely after info. i don't need to be told (yet again) how stupid and ignorant i am and i don't want 'brenda's (who is clearly a sad dirty old man needing entertainment) taunts . i please, just want info on HOW TO GET A REFUND, where to turn.

it is possible to get your money back cos people have sited that they have got full refunds. unless they are also mentally ill people looking for divertisement, i paid on visa, not paypal. when i did i on may 25tht, she didn't accept paypal (of course, not, they refund you after a time) and i am sick of being lectured on here, lol. please just give me the relevent info.

i have lost 200 pounds sterling. i was doing research for a magazine article on fraudulant so called psychics on london, uk. but all the rest of the daft and dappy so called mediums have refunded me instantly.they might be mentally ill but some have morals at least.
