DoubleDown Casino is a game on facebook. They offer chips to purchase for different amount of chips at different prices and pay via your mobile accordingly. On 22/8 I purchase for R200 and R100 and payment went off against my cell phone airtime. I never received the chips! I complained and they tell me to follow up with whoever and I feel they should sort it out!
Yesterday and today friends of mine sent me free spins and when I click for the spins a notification of an error that occurred and my spin does not show anymore! Please help me. I am one of the many many players that have the same problem.
The 3rd problem is that daily they promise to give away up to R10, 000, 000 chips if you "like" "share X 2" and then comment accordingly. This has been happening for the last 2 or more months and nobody seems to ever get any chips - we seem to think it's a ****!
