Fraudulent stealing of funds

In Septmber of this year I asked a question online of JustAnswer and agreed to pay the £22 fee. I find that instead of a one-off payment these scheisters have been taking £22 every month since out of my bank account. These people are crooks and should be shut down immediately and then prosected.
