Paid half amount as instructed by Dispatch officer Mr. John Terry but still not received my parcel

Dear All

I eceived a mail from MR.PETER TOUCH CLAIM (Yahoo/Msn Lottery Incoperation, Baley House, Har Road, Sutton,

Greater London SM1 4te a, United Kingdom) that "You won Ł500, 000.00 Great Britain Pound Sterlings"

AS per his mail I contacted their affiliated delivery company (INTERNATIONAL CARGO COURIER COMPANY) and deposited an amount of 10, 000 INR into their Officer's accountBank Name: State Bank Of India, Account Name: Ketan Pancha, lAccount number: 20017863062, Pan Number: Asupp3231eD.

The person Mr. John Terry comformed the receipt of payment through mail and promised the delivery in 2 working days. But now again he is telling that only if I make the remaining payment my parcel will be released for Dispatch.

The Recent mail I received is:

PAYMENT INFORMATION {CPEL/OWN/9877}.The Intercargo Courier Service Management recommends that Payment for the insurance and delivery charges should be transfered through account which detail's is stated Below. Bank Name: I.C.I.C.I BANK Account Name: Chun Kahmei

Account number: 017701532683 Branch: New Delhi

NOTE: Make payment in any of the bank branch close to your location. Deposite the balance of 10, 660 INR, in the above account given to you by the office. You well get your won prize in 72 hours Which is our two working days to your location. As soon as you deposit your Courier Charges into this account details stated above, send the the Deposit Slip to this office. This office havr your Passport Photograph for verification and easy identification when our delivery officers arrives your country India and as soon as our account department confirms your payment, your parcel will be released for dispatch. Your satisfaction is our priority and we look forward to providing you the best of our quality service. Do have a wonderful day in anticipation of your urgent response.

Kindly help me out from this issue, I am basically from a poor family and for me 10, 000 Rupees is a huge amount, kindly look into this matter and help to get back my money which I deposited.
