Scam

Been scammed by this company. Has anyone got a new address for them as I believe they have recently moved. A phone number for them would be greatly helpful as there isn't one on website - conveniently for them! On website they have message of apology, assuring customers, asserting that they are not crooks and that they will address and resolve issues. Well, all I can say is that they are still ignoring my emails and they still have not refunded. I have been waiting for months. I need to take legal steps but need their address. If anyone can advise me, I would be so grateful. Thanks, Irenie.
