Non receipt of prize money

I made a complaint to board code 29922 and my complaint was ref to special investigation commission London and in respose Mr Rasim contacted me through email in ref to my prize winning from Ireland Promotion Dublin

Below is the copy of mail assuring me of my winning prize delivery to me. This is last mail I received which made me suspecious as sic agent want me to pay money to some Indian persons account for getting money out of custom without clearance and verification and that at Bombay and not at Delhi wheare it is to be delivered to me On my objections to this Agent never contacted me again and I dont know wheare the prize money is

I request you to kindly ref my case to senior person at special investigation london office for investigation and clarificaton to me on whole issue be nade known to me
