PAID TOO MANY FEE WITH NO RESULTS

I was notified from the British Toyota Lottery that I was a win-

ner on 11/30/07. I have paid almost $1, 900 in fees. Each

time they ask for money there is a promise of delivering a

Toyota Prius and 250, 000 GBP. This last notice that I received was that I am to pay $600 for the delivery men's

room. I did not send it. Now they are telling me that for me

to have delivery, there is a Cost of Transfer fee of $600. I wrote and told them that I do not have it. I haven't had a

response yet.

I would like to report them, but I do not know to whom. If you

have the information for me to write to, please send it to my
