Paid for the above and never received

I ordered and paid for an H20 X5 Mop and steamer from a company called HotProd. TVBest Direct. I paid £65.99, on my bank statement the money was collected by you. So before I go to the police station to report this fraud I wanted to know are you going to refund my money. You must have had some connection with the company to be receiving money in your name. I can't give you a photo as I never received the item. I look forward to a reply asap
