I orderd a pack of 3 sonic the hedgehog figures for my son on the 16th december today's date is the 20th february and have not recieved them or had an e-mail with the tracking number, i have e-mailed them on a number of occasions and had nothing back, my account was charged the amount of $60 the following day after my order was placed but still nothing. i was contacted by my bank on the 9th of january to be told that my bank details had been getting used in fraud. i have a very upset son and very angry.
