Unauthorized Deduction

After booking a coach journey online with National Express, there was an offer of £1o discount, I signed into the shoppersdiscount.co.uk to apply for the said discount but I correctly remember I didn't provide my debit card details! This discount was never sent to me despite £10 started to be deducted every month for last 3 months!!!
