Payed for internet security and it wont download

Payed online with my debit card for online security from mcafee and basically i have not been able to download what i have payed for, i cant even get in touch with mcafee as i dont have a phone number and they are not replying to my emails, this feels like a scam and im annoyed that they can take peoples money and not provide them with the service they have payed for, shame on you mcafee
