Champions league ticket scam

My husband bought tickets for the Chelsea v Bayern Munich champions league final in Munich, for my sons 16th birthday. They were assured tickets would be left at hotel for them, this was paid by bank transfer. As we speak they are in Munich with no tickets for the game, we have been ringing Globalticketmarket non stop, but they are just hanging up on us. The websie is still live and is currently selling ticket to Wimbledon and the Olympics... they must be stopped!!!
