Unauthorised charge from visa account

This day, I just realised that in my account, there is an unauthorised charge from GGLPROFIT worth 37.96 pound dated 10 July and from NETWORKA ENDACOM worth 6.27 pound dated 15 July. Once I ever bought their product for Google Profits, but this was just one off buying and I never wanted to join as a their member. They hide their term and agreement so I trapped, and become their member by accident. I have their confirmation email after I make payment :
